More than 1,300 structures delivered this year for projects in Marília and Piratininga (SP) show the strength of industrialization in construction
Construction at scale with quality and precision
Construction is constantly evolving. The need for more productive, sustainable and standardized methods has driven the use of industrialized solutions in medium and large-scale projects. In this scenario, the partnership with Construtora Pacaembu, one of the largest and most respected builders in Brazil and a benchmark in affordable housing and large-scale projects, further strengthens the industrial model proposed by Tessa, showing how it is possible to build with speed, quality and responsibility.
For these projects, Tessa supplied 1,328 steel roof structures to Construtora Pacaembu, which used them in its housing developments in the cities of Marília and Piratininga (SP). A total of 543 structures were delivered to Marília, 447 to the first phase in Piratininga and another 338 to the second phase.
Each structure represents more than a roof. It is the direct application of industrial engineering, designed to deliver technical performance, fast assembly and proven durability, with solutions that are replicated with precision in every new housing unit.
Tessa does not deliver just the final product, but a complete system. Its steel roof structures are custom-made, with dedicated engineering, large-scale production, technical support and integrated logistics. This model ensures efficiency, safety and control at every stage of the project.

Efficiency, productivity and sustainability in practice
Tessa steel roof structures offer competitive advantages for builders working with high volumes and challenging deadlines. With an estimated service life of up to 60 years and high corrosion resistance, they do not require frequent maintenance, are immune to termites and urban pests, and deliver long-term reliability.
Beyond durability, the light weight of the parts and their precise fit result in productivity up to three times higher than traditional timber systems. This speeds up project schedules, reduces labor costs and ensures more on-time deliveries — a decisive factor in developments such as those carried out by Pacaembu.
Sustainability is also an important pillar. Made from galvanized steel, Tessa steel structures reduce waste on site and contribute to cleaner, more efficient construction. Made-to-order manufacturing avoids leftovers and rework, promoting a more organized, cost-effective jobsite with a lower environmental impact.
A partnership that delivers value to cities
The collaboration between Tessa and Pacaembu goes beyond the delivery of materials. It is a solid relationship, built over other projects, that is reaffirmed this year with even more impressive results. Combining Pacaembu's scale with Tessa's industrial engineering shows how the use of steel roof structures can raise the standard of housing construction in Brazil.
Headquartered in Guapiaçu (SP), Tessa operates nationwide, supplying steel roof structures, carports with solar generation, ground-mount structures for solar PV plants, poultry house structures, roofing for daycare centers and schools, as well as custom special profiles.
Each structure delivered represents more than a completed stage on the jobsite. It represents innovation, safety and a construction model that respects deadlines, budgets and, above all, the people who will live there. Tessa steel structures are helping to build better-planned cities, with faster, cleaner and more durable construction.
