Intermach returns in 2023

The 14th Intermach – International Trade Fair and Congress of Technology, Machinery, Equipment, Automation and Services for the Metalworking Industry takes place from July 11 to 14, 2023, in Joinville (SC). The fair used to be held every two years, but the post-pandemic recovery led the market to grow at its best levels since 2015 and, consequently, increased demand for the fair.

The event is a benchmark in technology for industrial manufacturing, showcasing technologies, innovations, launches and trends, fostering business and encouraging the development of knowledge. It brings together suppliers and attracts national and international visitors looking for a wide range of solutions.

Space renewals have been under way since October 2022, and 50% of the spaces are already booked. This edition is expected to have 220 exhibitors. The organizer plans to return to the model of one fair every two years for future editions, allowing innovations to accumulate, following the German model.

Intermach 2022 was attended by 24,000 people, including visitors, exhibitors, congress delegates and Business Round participants. The initiative connected representatives from 508 cities and 20 states, with particularly strong attendance from Santa Catarina, Paraná, São Paulo and Rio Grande do Sul. More than 300 national and international brands presented state-of-the-art machinery and equipment, including suppliers of machining, welding, industrial metrology, Industry 4.0, 3D printing, additive manufacturing and AI/IoT solutions.

On that occasion, around R$ 300 million in business was generated over the following 12 months, a 25% increase over the previous edition.
