Steel roof structures make their mark at the largest civil construction event.

From April 8 to 11, São Paulo Expo hosted Feicon 2025, the leading civil construction event in Latin America. A regular participant, Tessa once again stood out, showcasing its robust steel roof structure solutions to the public.

One of the major highlights of the fair was Casa Cerâmica — a project that represents the future of housing construction in Brazil. The 43.85 m² model house was built in a record time of just six days, using rationalized masonry and structural ceramic blocks. To ensure an excellent roof, the project relied on the strength and quality of the steel structures supplied by Tessa.

Recognized for their strength and high performance, Tessa's steel structures impressed visitors. They offer an estimated durability of up to 60 years, far outperforming traditional materials such as wood, which are vulnerable to pests, moisture and wear. In addition, the use of steel provides greater stability, safety and speed in the construction process, reducing lead times and maintenance costs over the years.

Tessa's presence at Casa Cerâmica reaffirms the company's commitment to innovation and sustainability, delivering modern solutions that keep pace with the trends and demands of contemporary civil construction.
