More than 1,300 structures delivered this year for projects in Marília and Piratininga (SP) show the strength of industrialization in construction
Some years mark not only a company's timeline, but also the way it works, thinks and builds. For Tessa, 2025 was exactly that: a period that will go down as a turning point, a time of maturity and consolidation. The path was paved back in 2024, when we stepped up our response to the demands of the renewable energy market and expanded the production of steel structures with even greater precision and technical focus. While the industry debated paths and trends, we were already on construction sites, implementing concrete changes. Nationally recognized for its steel roof structures, Tessa went a step further by consolidating its presence in the solar energy market, broadening its horizons and strengthening its position as an engineering benchmark. In this retrospective, we revisit six milestones that clearly reflect the progress made throughout the year.
1. Connecting with the regional market: Energy Brasil
São José do Rio Preto | March 2025 We kicked off our events calendar by consolidating our technology in northwestern São Paulo state, one of the country's strategic solar energy hubs. Taking part in Energy Brasil 2025 was essential to validate our solutions in practice and to present our product line for the sector to the regional audience. In conversations with system integrators, it became clear that the market is not just looking for steel, but for applied technology. There is demand for precision engineering and for structures capable of withstanding increasingly severe weather.

2. Industrialization on the rise: Feicon 2025 and Casa Cerâmica
São Paulo Expo | April 2025 Feicon, Latin America's largest trade fair for the construction and architecture sector, was the ideal stage to showcase Tessa's strength. We were among the leading manufacturers behind Casa Cerâmica, an affordable home built as a collective project that brought together different construction solutions. Tessa was responsible for the steel roof structures, enabling the house to be assembled in just 6 days. Our steel roof framing arrived ready to install, with millimetric precision and “zero defects”, free from termites and warping. This solution meets the needs of a new moment in construction, which demands speed, efficient logistics and durability. We also had our own booth, presenting our differentiators and strengthening our relationship with the market. Taken together, these actions showed that industrialization is the path to fast, safe and durable construction.

3. Construction: 1,328 structures for Pacaembu
Marília and Piratininga (SP) | September 2025 With Construtora Pacaembu, we demonstrated our large-scale production capacity and logistics efficiency. We supplied 1,328 steel roof structures for housing developments in the cities of Marília and Piratininga (SP). In Marília, there were 543 structures. In Piratininga, 785 units, divided into two phases: 447 in the first phase and 338 in the second. Tessa met the builder's schedule and requirements with precision and excellence, contributing directly to faster execution. The result was lower on-site costs and the delivery of permanent, durable, pest-proof roofs with an estimated service life of up to 60 years for more than a thousand families.

4. Intersolar 2025: Tessa's first participation
Expo Center Norte | August 2025 August marked our entry into the “major league” of the solar market. With our own booth at Intersolar South America, we presented Carports, Ground-Mount Structures and the innovative Mounting Clamp, patent pending. It was Tessa's first time at the event, where we had the opportunity to meet new system integrators and partners in the sector, expanding our presence and strengthening strategic connections. We counted on the active participation of employees and sales representatives, which further strengthened our relationship with the market. We also shared behind-the-scenes content in real time on social media, with videos, testimonials and interactions straight from the booth. The fair established Tessa as a Brazilian technology capable of competing on equal terms with international solutions.

5. Tessa at BYD: Carport and the mobility of the future
Camaçari (BA) | October 2025 We closed the year with a milestone that expanded our presence in the electric mobility landscape. In Camaçari, Tessa manufactured the steel structures for the 46.2 kWp Solar Carports for BYD, with Mais Luz Engenharia as the partner responsible for installation. Serving a company the size of BYD, a global benchmark in electric vehicles and automotive innovation, represented a significant step forward in our history. The structure was installed at the automaker's plant in Bahia, recognized as the largest electric vehicle factory in Latin America. The project demanded modernity, precision and strict alignment with the specifications of a world-renowned company. With qualified engineering and efficient logistics, we took our solution to Brazil's Northeast, demonstrating that Tessa is ready to take part in strategic initiatives in the new era of e-mobility in Brazil.
Major milestones that shaped 2025
In this retrospective, we present the timeline of the events that marked our year and strengthened Tessa's presence in the main segments in which we operate. We began with Pacaembu and the relevance of the Energy Brasil, Feicon and Intersolar trade fairs, closing with an emblematic project alongside BYD. Although we carried out many other projects throughout 2025, we consider these the major milestones that sum up the evolution of this cycle. Tessa established itself as a complete solution by combining residential steel roof framing with the applied technology of solar power plants. We close this cycle reaffirming that there are no geographic limits to our work. We head into 2026 with sharp engineering, ready to build the next stages of the future.
