The Terras de São Paulo development, by the construction company Menin, in Marília (SP), will have more than 1,100 residences distributed in different stages. The project has metallic structures for roofs provided by Tessa and received a visit from Thiago Tessarolo, managing partner and CEO of the industry, who accompanied the installation of the structures at the construction site.

The current stage includes 215 homes, while the fifth stage provides for another 295 homes. The size of the enterprise highlights the importance of industrialized solutions that contribute to the standardization of processes, productivity and constructive efficiency.

Held after a business meeting in the city, the visit reinforces the partnership between Tessa and Menin and highlights the importance of field monitoring to ensure the quality of the solutions provided.

Tessa's metal structures contribute to efficiency in residential construction

In large housing projects, such as Terras de São Paulo, the planning and standardization of processes are fundamental for the progress of the works.

In this context, metallic structures for roofs in galvanized steel offer advantages related to dimensional accuracy, material utilization and assembly agility.

With more than two decades of experience in civil construction, Tessa develops and manufactures metal structures for residential roofs, including housing projects and projects with multiple units.

Produced in cold-formed galvanized steel, by the roll forming process, the structures have custom cut parts, according to the specifications of each project. This technology contributes to reducing waste, facilitating installation and providing greater predictability to the execution of roofs.

During the visit, Thiago highlighted that Tessa's work goes beyond design and manufacturing.

"It is not enough to plan, it is not enough to design, it is not enough to produce. Tessa does everything for her customers. What we want is to deliver high quality structures, with agility, ensuring total efficiency on site," he said.

Field monitoring allows us to observe the real installation conditions and understand the needs of construction companies, contributing to the continuous improvement of products and processes.

Partnership with Menin reinforces the importance of on-site monitoring

The visit to Terras de São Paulo demonstrates the importance of proximity between suppliers and construction companies, from the planning of metal structures to their installation in the projects.

In multi-step projects, the standardization of components and the organization of supply contribute to productivity and constructive efficiency.

"This is how Tessa continues to evolve, improving its products and serving its customers better," said Thiago Tessarolo.

The partnership with Menin strengthens Tessa's presence in the housing segment, which requires resistant, standardized solutions with efficient use of materials.

Founded in December 2001, Tessa consolidated its operations in civil construction through investments in engineering, production technology and industrialized manufacture of metal structures.

The visit to Terras de São Paulo reinforces that the quality of metal roofing structures depends not only on manufacturing, but also on field monitoring, proximity to construction companies and continuous improvement of processes.

By participating in projects of this size, Tessa puts her engineering experience at the service of housing construction, contributing to the execution of housing with quality, efficiency and standardization.
